Return Policy

Here at The Long Dog, we want you to be more than happy with your purchase. If any of our products do not meet your expectations, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of the date received.

Return Process:

To initiate a return please reach out to contact.thelongdog@gmail.com and let us know your order number and why you would like to return your purchased item(s).

To be eligible for a return, items must be in perfect condition, unwashed, and unworn. It is important to note that customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and original shipping costs are non-refundable. After we receive and inspect your item(s) we will issue a return to your original payment method, please allow up to two weeks for your return to process and refund be issued. If the returned items do not meet the condition requirements, you will not receive a refund.

All Discounted Items are NOT eligible for refund or exchange. All purchases of sales items are final. 

 

Exchanges:

 

Accidentally order the wrong size or pattern? We want to help make it right! We are working to develop a seamless exchange process for your convenience but in the meantime, If you would like to exchange, please process a return and then order your desired Item separately. In your return email just let us know you are exchanging, and what you are exchanging for so we can cover the shipping of the new product! Please keep in mind you, the customer will still be responsible for paying for shipping the return back to us.

 

Defective or Damaged Items:

 

We take great pride in our work and want you and your pup to be satisfied with your received items. All items are run through quality testing and are inspected multiple times prior to shipping. With that said, our products are handmade, and we are human! So, if you happen to receive a defective or damaged item, we ask that you reach out and provide photo evidence of damage within 48 hours or receiving your order. 

 

To help us assist you in a timely and efficient manner, we ask that you open and inspect your order right away. If you fail to reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order, we cannot assist in issuing a refund or exchange. The exception to this is sale items, we cannot issue refunds on sale items but promise to be as transparent as possible with all of our products and their condition.
